60 sqm apartment with balcony The space The cozy apartment on the 1st floor has a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, bread maker, microwave and kettle. In the living room, you will find a cozy couch corner with TV. The couch can be converted into a sofa bed (extra bed for child upon request and at extra cost). The bedroom is equipped with double beds. There is also a cot and high chair available for our smallest guests if necessary. Sheets and towels are provided by us. Our bathroom is equipped with a bath, shower and sink. The toilet is in a separate room. The balcony on the south side is accessible from the kitchen and living room. The approx. 60 sqm apartment has a separate entrance, which is accessible via an external staircase. All landline numbers in Germany can be reached free of charge with our phone. Wi-Fi is also available free of charge. In the small town of Ränkam, near the Czech border, our holiday home is located at the foot of the Gibacht mountain. Numerous well-marked hiking trails in the surrounding forests, meadows and fields invite you to hike, cycle and Nordic walk. Enjoy the "Bavarian Forest" nature experience! Our house is located between the Upper Bavarian Forest and the Upper Palatinate Forest in the Further Senke. The border town of Furth im Wald is only 3 km from Ränkam. The border crossing to the Czech Republic is 5 km away. The surrounding towns of Cham, Waldmünchen and Bad Kötzting are also within 10-15 minutes by car.
