This PACKAGE is for those families/friends--who plan to 'vacation' together, and-- who are comfortable with, and/or prefer, SEPARATE 2- Bedroom accommodations -- located in the same building. Wireless Internet Black Bear 453 is our Top floor (fourth floor) End unit, Featuring 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, and 2 Sleeper Sofas; while Black Bear 304--wheel chair accessible--our larger Third Floor unit The space Also included: Private stacked washer/dryers; Wireless Internet Access; 3 TVs--including a 'Smart' TV; and Central AC in each of the units. Black Bear Lodge amenities: Heated outdoor pool and spa, BBQ area and exercise room for the entire complex; 3 elevators; and underground heated parking. We have a full-size washer and dryer in each unit. Guest access All guests will access their unit with a keypad code. There is a manager on duty or a phone call away in the event of any issues.
