It is located on L'île Des Pecheurs, close to one of the most beautiful beaches in Cap d'Agde: the cliffs with its black sand and its magnificent coves, its location on the 3rd floor of the residence offers you a breathtaking view of the water, the Port, the Center-Port as well as the Lunapark. The space I offer my modern apartment, located close to the cliffs of the conque (400 m), the beach (500 m), and all amenities (pizzeria 20 m), spar (30 m), bar (100 m)... It is very bright with stunning views, fully equipped and perfectly suited for a comfortable and relaxing short stay on an island accessible by bridge, 15 meters from the water. You can enjoy an entrance with 2 single beds, a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary equipment to prepare good dishes, as well as a bathroom. The living room is spacious and comfortable with a 185 cm TV, ideal for relaxing after a day exploring the surroundings. The apartment is located in a very quiet and residential area, just a few minutes walk from the beach. You can also enjoy the proximity of many leisure activities, such as hiking, biking or scuba diving. We have preferential rates on jet skis and boats from 6 to 16 m, in whole or to share to reduce costs.
