Welcome to paradise! This condo was newly renovated from top to bottom. Age limit for renting minimum of 23 years old. 2 bedroom ,It is located on the ground floor allowing quick access to the beach. Both bedrooms offer comfy beds with access to the bathroom. There is also a special made sleeper sofa which doesn't hurt your back. Both the pool and the beach are just steps away. You will have a small patio area to relax as well. The space Cute lil condo complex. 2 bed room, jack and Jill bath. No walking stairs or elevator. End unit with a small patio. Steps to the pool and the beach. Guest access You will have the whole unit to yourself. The complex has a pool, grill, coin laundry (quarters) Other things to note There is one parking space available for each unit. You will need to place a parking pass in your vehicle during your stay. Please place the parking pass back in the unit upon departure. If you have more than one vehicle, please park in another area past the dumpster for beach parking or at the overflow Schooner's parking area.
