Welcome to the little Joanie, our cozy studio in Barcarès. Ideal for a solo or duo getaway, in a soft and relaxing atmosphere, and to enjoy the region between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean Sea. In a secure residence with a guard, peaceful, with a swimming pool, by the lake, the studio is located on the 3rd and last floor, with its beautiful view of the marina that makes it all its charm! The space For more comfort, we recommend the accommodation for 2 people. The 20m² studio is on the 3rd and top floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR ACCESS and includes: a shower room/wc a cabin with a bed and storage a living room: BZ, storage, tv, folding table a kitchen area: mini oven, microwave, induction hobs, Senseo coffee maker (provide pods), mini fridge a balcony: table, chairs, hanging rack The residence's swimming pool is accessible (mid-June mid-September) thanks to the bracelets provided in the apartment, in case of loss €10 will be charged per bracelet.
