The home is well-equipped with Wifi, a smart TV, Amazon Fire Stick, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen with dishes, glassware, pots & pans. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, and air conditioning. Located on one of the prettiest blocks on Ocean Beach with wonderful neighbors. Half a block to the beach and half a block to town. *This home has a strict 30-year-old minimum age requirement.
