Apartment Le Serre D'or – Serre Chevalier 1350

The Le Serre D'or apartment is a stone's throw from the Serre Chevalier Chantemerle ski slopes. Composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mezzanine, the accommodation is ideal for 6 people. A single bed can be added in the living room upon request. The open kitchen, south-facing balcony, ski/bike locker and free access to the residence's swimming pool (open only from December to April and July to August) guarantee you a very comfortable vacation. The space The accommodation is located on the top floor (3rd) with elevator of a tourist residence. The apartment is laid out as follows: In the entrance, 1 separate toilet. Then the master bedroom with a 160 x 190 double bed and a bathroom (shower and sink). The next bedroom has 2 single beds (80 x 190). Opposite, the bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. A large open kitchen and a beautiful living room under the roofs allow you to gather comfortably around the table for 8 people. The bay window and balcony offer unobstructed views of the ski runs. Upstairs, open to the kitchen and living room, the mezzanine with its two extra beds (90 x 190), is almost the equivalent of a third bedroom. The living room sofa can optionally be converted into a single bed if necessary (on request only). Guest access You will have access to the entire home as well as the ski locker in the basement. A parking space in the underground garage of the residence is allocated to you. Guests also have free access to the residence's swimming pool. Please note, the pool is only open during the high season (December to April and July and August). The hammam and sauna are extra. Other things to note Close to the ski lifts, the building is nevertheless located in a very quiet environment (dead end and parking in front of the building).
