The ideal setting for a relaxing stay. Backup electricity supply (solar panels, inverter & battery) to cover ESKOM power failures for up to 12 hours (not for geyser, aircon & oven). The space Ground floor: Open plan lounge area (fan) with sitting area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Toilet and Scullery. Upper floor: Master bedroom (a/c) with queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, two washing basins) and toilet. Second bedroom (a/c) with twin beds. Bathroom/toilet. Open plan sitting space/studio (fan & a/c) with one sleeper sofa (suitable for children/adolescents), desk and TV. Other things to note VERY IMPORTANT: There are 3 doors leading from the lounge onto the patio. The middle door MUST NOT be opened, please. There is a bath in the master bedroom. It MUST NOT be used, please. Our house is fully equipped. The said equipment is in working order. It has, however been in use for years and that shows. Currently (2024/25) the public water supply is very erratic and even our Jojo tank will eventually be exhausted. Please use taps and showers sensibly. Thank you! Use of the pool at your own risk. Minors using the pool are to be supervised by their parents. Towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own. Consumables such as toilet rolls, dishwashing liquid, washing detergent etc. may be available in small quantities, but will basically have to be obtained by our guests. The same applies to basic kitchen supplies such as oil, salt & pepper.
