Sunriver is located at the foothills of the Cascade Mountains in Central Oregon. We enjoy 300 days of sunshine and a climate that is perfect for year round activities. Mt. Bachelor is a quick 30-45 minute drive away, the Deschutes River is in our back yard and the pristine Cascade Lakes are a short drive away. Plus so much more golfing, biking, kayaking, hiking, white water rafting, skiing, rock climbing and more. The resort community is compact at 4 miles long (north to south) and 2 miles wide (east-west). It's easy to get around on over 33 + miles of paved pathways. The kitchen is perfect for gourmet entertaining and features tons of slab granite countertops to add an extra touch of elegance!  This home has several flat screen TVs to enjoy during your vacation downtime. Also featured in the great room is a tall, river rock fireplace: curl up and read your favorite book. The great room opens up to the large deck (one of the best back decks in Sunriver), with lots of patio furniture and a bubbling hot tub for your soak under the stars following a long day of playing in the sun. Take a bike ride anywhere in Sunriver on one of the 5 adult bikes provided. On the Main Level is Bedroom One with a king bed and full, private bathroom with walk-in shower, cable TV, DVD player and huge walk-in closet . There is also a half bathroom on this level. Head upstairs to find a workstation and bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom Two has a workstation, cable TV queen bed and a Jack-n-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom Three has a queen bed, TV and access to the bathroom. Bedroom Four has a queen bed, cable TV and a private bathroom with shower tub combo and large walk-in closet. This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer.
