This is one of our few units with city views from inside the apartment. Living area: clean design, comfortable seating, smart TV, and views of downtown. Kitchen: full-size appliances, stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes, and basics. Set up for actual cooking. Bedroom: king bed with quality linens and closet storage. Bathroom: modern finishes with a curbless shower. Workspace: dedicated desk with fast WiFi, good for video calls and remote work. Laundry: in-unit washer and dryer. Building amenities: rooftop terrace with a hot tub and panoramic views (hours 10am-10pm), plus a courtyard with a gas fire pit and water feature. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire apartment, plus shared access to the rooftop terrace (with hot tub), the courtyard, and all common areas. Parking: one assigned space in the secure garage is included. The garage is accessed from the building. Elevator: the building has elevator access to all floors, the lobby, and the parking garage. Laundry: washer and dryer are inside the apartment. Other things to note Hot tub hours: 10am to 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am and strictly enforced by building management. Accessibility: the building is ADA-compliant with elevator access, curbless showers in the apartments, and designated accessible parking in the garage. Common areas including the hot tub are accessible. Travel flexibility: we recommend travel insurance for unexpected changes in plans.
