Welcome to the most "hyggelig" space we could build with reclining furniture, ambient lighting in the form of fireplaces and candle light, a hot tub, sun loungers, and a foot massager all for your use! Amenities are our forte! This is our home that we live in 90% of the year. While we travel, we rent out our main level. This is the perfect home to relax and keep your kids entertained with the MANY things we have built for them to explore, as well as the comforts for adults to enjoy themselves. The space This is our main level of our home. There is a mother-in-law apartment that we rent out to other guests. You can expect other guests to be using the yard, but they are private from your space and you won't notice them much. This home includes: -2 Bedrooms (King, Twin bunk bed, and one sofa sleeper if needed) - 3 Bathrooms ( 1 tub, 2 showers) - 1 Fully stocked Kitchen - 1 Kitchenette with mini fridge - 2 Living Rooms with reclining furniture - 2 Fireplaces (1 electric 1 gas) - Fully Fenced Backyard - Trampoline with Net - Hot Tub with Speakers - Soda Vending Machine - Fire Pit with Roasting Sticks - Sand Box - Hammock - Yard Toys - Children's Toys and Books - Sega Game Console - 2 Roku TV's: Streaming Services - BBQ Grill - Foot Massager - Back Deck with Sun Loungers and Outdoor Furniture This is our home that we live in 11 out of 12 months out of the year. While we travel, we share it with others! We have built our home to be extremely comfortable, with MANY things for kids to do. We truly love our home and hope you do too. You may see things that we have left out that you are more than welcome to use. There is one room in the home we lock to hold our things. ALSO PLEASE NOTE: THE BACK DECK DOES NOT HAVE A RAILING YET! Our 3 year old and 7 year old do just fine with it. It's about a 3 ft drop, but we wanted to make sure we were very transparent about it. Also the mother-in-law apartment houses other guests. We are also in the HEART of Sandy Utah and close to just about anything you could possibly need or want to do. 5 min away from RIO TINTO 5 min away from the Expo Center 10 min drive from the mouth of the canyons Vasa gym is within walking distance Any questions just ask!
