The condo is located in a secure high-rise building with elevator access. Check-in is easy and flexible. Other things to note Noise: This is a residential building in downtown Vancouver. While the condo is quiet and well insulated, some city noise (traffic, occasional sirens) may be heard, especially in the evenings. • Parking: The condo includes one secure underground parking spot. Please let us know if you need additional parking options nearby. • Air Conditioning: The condo has portable air conditioning in the living room but no central A/C in the bedrooms. Summers can be warm but usually comfortable. • Elevator & Accessibility: The building has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible, but please note there may be some steps at the building entrance. • Suitability for Young Children: We welcome families with young children. Please be aware that the balcony has standard railings, so supervision is required. • Check-in: Self check-in is available via a keyless entry system for your convenience and flexibility. • Smoking & Pets: Smoking and pets are not allowed in the condo.
