Shared 5x10m pool and pool patio. The pool has solar heating & is covered at night. There are 2 sets of stairs with 5 steps each between the parking and house. Parking is on an "ira", an ancient threshing ring. Superb view of Mt. Miquel to the north. Other things to note We do have a smoke alarm in the bedroom.
