Charming house, offering calm, serenity and wide open spaces. Ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends where everyone can enjoy indoor and outdoor comforts. 200 meters from the center , 300 meters from the port , 450 meters from the beach, and a short walk to the bike path. The pool is heated from mid-May to September 30 and is secure, with a 1 meter beach for the little ones with a beautiful outdoor terrace. The villa is completely air-conditioned ( thermostats in each room) The space Sophie's house with an area of 140 m2 is completely renovated holiday home style, it is ideal for resting , the environment is quiet , relaxing and private , with a large garden and a large wooden terrace of 180 m2 . Our house is very well located because you can go to the beach , the port and the center on foot ( bakery, tobacco /press , caterer , fishmonger, pizzas to take away, restaurant) The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. Lanton is a small village that is located at an equal distance between the Cap Ferret peninsula and Arcachon (Pyla dune) where you can go either by car or by boat (in season from June to mid-September depending on the high and low tides) Lanton is well located for those who want to visit the Arcachon Basin which is quite large (photo in "additional photos") A stone's throw from the villa is a bike path, you can take beautiful walks and even go to Andernos les bains in 15 minutes ( small town with lots of shops) You'll have the option to have bikes delivered to your home. If you love the markets: Every Sunday morning there is a small market next to the house ( 100m ) Every Friday morning there is a very large market in Andernos les bains ( 10 min by car or 15 min by bike ) Electric car charging stations are 200m from the villa . The swimming pool is heated from mid-May ( if temperatures allow) to the end of September , we provide buoys , 4 low lounge chairs, 4 sunbeds , 2 bamboo armchairs, outdoor dining table with umbrellas , bath linens. It is also secured by an electric shutter which will need to be closed at night . To keep good water chemistry, the shutter cannot be closed during the day. Sophie's house is fully air-conditioned , each room has an independent thermostat. You can adjust the ideal temperature to your liking. All household linen is provided ( sheets , towels, bath towels) When you arrive, the bed will be made. We provide babies with an umbrella bed with a mattress and fitted sheet as well as a high chair. We also have board games, card games for children and adults. We provide for your arrival coffee , tea, cold drinks , basic necessities ….
