Farmstay near the Colorado River

Escape from the city and enjoy life on a 13 acre farm. 3 Bedrooms,1 Bath,1350 sqft Farmhouse with smart TV's in every room, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and relaxing cottage decor and furnishings throughout. Just minutes from the Colorado river. The space This vintage farmhouse has been fully remodeled while preserving it's original charm. Furnishings and decor have been carefully selected to create a relaxing farm cottage ambiance. There are 3 bedrooms with 2 kings and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom has a roku TV. There is also a spacious kitchen and living room, as well as large laundry/utility room, and dining area. Outdoor living space on front and rear porches as well. Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the Farmhouse. There is a second cottage on the 13 acre property that is used by other guest. Caretaker is also on site and lives in a trailer on the property. Other things to note We do not provide Shampoo, Conditioner, body Soap or Wash Cloths. Upon arrival we will provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however if this is insufficient for a longer stay you will need to provide any additional quantity you need.
