House on Lake Grimnitz with sauna

Our vacation home is located in the middle of the Schorfheide biosphere reserve between Werbellinsee and Grimnitzsee. Here you can hear the singing of the birds, sit on the terrace and experience nature. The natural beach is only a few hundred meters away. The house is newly renovated and furnished with a lot of love, outside in its original condition. With 2 bedrooms and its 60 square meters, the bungalow is spacious. In the garden there is a sauna with large panoramic windows that you can book. The space There are two terraces, the front porch is completely covered and offers a magnificent view to the south side over the garden into the greenery, which is deliberately left to nature. The spacious rear terrace also offers sun in the morning and afternoon and shade at noon. Fast Wi-Fi is available. In the living and dining area there is a fully equipped fitted kitchen with oven and ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, cutlery, glasses, toaster and kettle. The living-dining area offers a dining area as well as a spacious sofa corner and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception. A fireplace also spreads a cozy warmth in the colder season. The large bedroom has a 180 cm wide king size bed and a wardrobe. In the smaller room there is a 140 cm wide sofa bed. The bathtub has daylight and also overlooks the countryside. Children are very welcome, but the house and grounds are not specifically designed for young children. There is no special equipment such as high chairs or cots. Guest access The holiday village is located in a spacious area with old trees, a restaurant is located in the neighboring part of the holiday village. The extensive complex is a former holiday village on Lake Grimnitz, which is now being refurbished after a few years of vacancy. The other bungalows are therefore partly still in their original condition or are currently being prepared by their owners. Other things to note The sauna package for 2 sauna days including 2 bathrobes, large sauna towels and infusion can be booked for a fee of €60.
