Great area with plenty of room for a bachelorette party or family. This has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. 3 bed 2 bath in the main house and 2 beds (studio) 1 bath in the cottage. Private back yard with pool lined with palm trees. Kitchen with chefs stove. Big southern front porch shaded by a large oak draped in Spanish moss. House has high speed internet and cable. 1/2 mile from great restaurants in Sandfly/15 min to downtown Savannah/30 minutes from the airport/30 min to Tybee Island beach. The space The house is in the Sandfly neighborhood, we love the area. There are several restaurants right down the street. We are on an oak lined street draped in Spanish moss. The main house has 3 bedrooms each with a queen bed and 2 bathrooms, the sofa in the living room also has a pullout bed if you need an additional bed. The cottage is studio style with 2 queen beds and another bathroom with sliding glass door to a patio. We have a kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals. We have a grill out back by the pool that has a gas line ran to it. The pool is 3’ deep on the shallow end and 8’ deep on the deep end. The pool is not heated and is used most from late March through September. We are close enough to the city to get there within 15 minutes, but you can come back to a home away from the busyness of the city. There is a shooting range close enough that you can hear them during business hours, but far enough away that it hasn’t ever bothered us. Guest access You will have the full home, cottage and large fenced in back yard with pool to yourself. Other things to note the pool is 3' at the low end and 8' at the deep end
