The five bedrooms have high quality linens with comfy beds to give you a good night's sleep. Each bedroom has its own high definition big screen TV. 100 inches projection TV in living room with surround sound speakers for a home theater entertainment. The family room has big floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the backyard and pool. There are 2 sets of dining tables and a bar for you to host family and guests. Game room is equipped with a Pool table, Ping Pong table and TV. There also 2 washers and 2 dryers in game room. The kitchen has plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses and wine glasses to choose from. We also provide regular coffee, K-Cup coffee and tea for guests. All the cookware is clearly labeled in kitchen cabinets. The backyard is huge with 2 sections. The first section has covered patio with dining table , BBQ area, mini golf putting and fire pit. The 2nd section has sparkling solar heated pool, brand new spa, hammock, Lounge chairs, coffee table under the covered patio plus shady trees to relax under the So-Cal sun rays... (The solar pool heater is free of charge, operating daily and temperatures are totally depend on weather. Usually it runs 80-86 degrees in the summer. In the winter, an optional gas heater for the pool is available at $100 for the first day and $85/day for each additional day. The jacuzzi is heated daily free to use) Guest access Guests can access the whole premises except roof, attic, wall, electrical pool equipment area.
