Beautiful unit that sleeps 8 guests (4 adults & 4 children), just across the road from the beach. The space This stunning ground 3 bedroom floor apartment is situated across the road from the beach in Chakas Rock. There are no stairs to the apartment but it is a bit of a walk to get there. It has 4 spacious bedrooms, which will accommodate 4 adults and 4 children 1 king, 1 queen and 2 single beds . PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS UNIT DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN 4 ADULTS. There are two full bathrooms (one of which is en-suite). There is a large enclosed patio with a weber braai that opens up onto a beautiful grass area which is great for kids with a beautiful side sea view. The apartment has a smart TV with uncapped WiFi and Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dish washer. The complex swimming pool situated in the gardens, is fully fenced and secure for children and there is a lock-up garage for your vehicle. There is limited guest parking in the complex. There is a 24-Hour security with electronic gate access. This unit is suitable for toddlers. This is a self-catering apartment, but we would be happy to supply cleaning services. Linen and towels will be changed on the 8th day, but you are welcome to request additional changes (Please note that additional charges apply to cleaning and towel and linen changes). Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further. Guest access Guests have access to the to all the communal facilities that the complex offers. Other things to note We welcome you to a fully equipped self-catering apartment. Upon check-in, the beds will be dressed and towels will be provided for each guest for your convenience (Guest visits that exceed 7 days will include a linen change and cleaning service on the 8th day). Beach towels are not supplied. In addition, we also supply a compact starter pack which includes one toilet paper roll per bathroom, soap, shower gel, body lotion, dishwashing liquid and a swab. A complimentary starter pack of tea & coffee will also be provided. Although the apartment is provided on a self-contained basis we would be glad to assist you with any additional services i.e. daily cleaning as well as Linen and towel changes at an additional charge (Please contact our office 24 hours in advance for us to assist you further). Please note that this unit will only allow family bookings (Adults and children). If you are a group of 4 or more adults not travelling with your spouses or children, please contact us so that we can find you alternative accommodation.
