Our apartment "Luv" was newly completed in February 2022 and can accommodate 2 people on a comfortable 71 square meters. It is located in a quiet side street, within walking distance of the North Sea beach and picturesque cutter harbor on the Wremer Deich. The space The modern, light-flooded apartment on the upper floor of the house has an open-plan, spacious living and dining area with seating and dining table with 4 chairs, as well as a fully equipped new fitted kitchen including dishwasher. A special highlight of the apartment is the 18 sqm sunny roof terrace, with an amazing view of the dyke. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation to the fullest with a wonderful view. The living area has a cozy corner sofa, a smart TV, and a compact system. Free WiFi is available of course. The separate bedroom is equipped with a large upholstered bed, wardrobe and dresser, as well as a smart TV. The modern daylight bathroom has a sink, toilet and walk-in shower. A modern kitchen with dining area invites you to cook and eat together! It is of course equipped with plenty of dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, as well as numerous electrical appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, equipped as you are used to from home. An iron, ironing board, clothes rack, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer are also available. Linens and dish towels are provided. Towels can be booked for an extra charge of 8 Euro per person. Guest access In an adjoining room, a washing machine and dryer are available free of charge. Access to the apartment is flexible via a key safe. Other things to note An associated parking space is right in front of the house. A wallbox (type 2 plug) is available for a fee to charge your electric car. Billing is based on actual consumption. If you would like to arrive by e-car, please let us know in advance. Bicycles / e-bikes can be parked at the covered entrance area and also charged free of charge.
