The spacious floor plan features one full master suite with plenty of closets and three bedrooms with queen beds offering room for everyone. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs; DirecTV Stream is provided. There is a bigger TV in the living room area including a sectional sofa and a loveseat where you can relax. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with built-in oven and microwave, an electric smooth-top style cooktop with hot surface indicator, a dishwasher and french door refrigerator with ice maker. Plenty of small appliances including a Keurig and a regular coffee makers. The garage was converted to an inviting playroom equipped with a ping pong table and a dart board. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, large cooler, and kids' toys are provided. 24hs Security Home System including Surveillance Cameras. A short-term rental agreement must be signed before check-in.
