Single sunny room

Our cute little bungalow welcomes you! You'll have your own sunny bedroom looking out onto our front yard palms & sleepy little street. Each bedroom sleeps two adults (queen beds) and includes a small work station- desk and chair. Down the hall is your private bathroom; across from that our utility room where you'll have access to laundry facilities (shared with us), a coffee maker & microwave. Our guest area is located on the south side of the house away from the main part of the house, so you'll have lots of privacy. Please note, we have 2 friendly dogs who may bark upon your arrival/ when playing etc. Please do not book with us if you would find this a nuisance or have allergies :)
