The second gîte (former hotel) for 16 people has 8 bedrooms with private bathroom and toilet. The Chartreuse d'Ossimpont covers 2 ha of land with private parking inside the fenced grounds. A beautiful 12x5 m swimming pool is installed in the center of an enclosed location. A small soccer field is also available. Neuvic is a small town of 3600 inhabitants with quality shops offering all local products. You can go canoeing or electric boating, visit an ostrich farm, the walnut oil mill, taste Neuvic caviar, and visit the castle. A little further, many different activities will tempt you: carriage rides, equestrian center, Paintball, Escape Game, tree climbing, laser game and of course all the visits to castles and caves of the Périgord.
