Kayaks, crab nets and scoops are all provided for your enjoyment. If you are bringing a boat, parking is a breeze on the private ‘T’ jetty and there's plenty of space to park the trailer, car and caravan inside the gated property. They say water is very calming and relaxing. This is what this property provides. Walking distance to the beach, parks and boat ramp and a short drive to the waterfront eateries. Plenty of parking on the property for a boat, caravan and cars. All behind closed gates. On the first floor you can sit and relax under the covered verandah where there's an 8 seater outdoor dining setting and a 6 burner BBQ. The second floor balcony (15 meters) sprawls across the entire back of the house with glorious views. On a daily basis there are visits from our State emblem (Black Swans) and dolphins which like to get up close and personal. All this in your very own backyard. Inside there are two living areas with expansive canal water views. The first floor living area has panoramic views, comfy couches, day bed and a large smart TV. The second floor with magnificent cathedral ceiling and themed lead lights is the entertainment area. There you can enjoy a game of pool, foosball (soccer table) or just relax and enjoy the view. There are six (6) bedrooms which comfortably sleep 11 people: First Floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 queen bed with private shower and basin. - 2 single beds. - 1 king single bed. Second Floor - 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed with private toilet, shower and basins. - 1 queen bed. - 2 single beds. The garage has been fitted out with a dart board and a tennis table for everyone to enjoy. There are also many children board games and books for everyone to enjoy. The butlers pantry is fully furnished with everything you would want: microwave, sandwich press, tea and coffee peculators, Nespresso coffee machine (that makes barista quality coffee), kettle and toaster. Plus a selection of coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment. The pantry is fully equipped with crockery, platters and glassware for 12, including water glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses. Cooking has never been so pleasurable as from every aspect of the kitchen you have canal views. The kitchen has a 6 burner gas hot plate, a built in oven and grill, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer with built-in filtered ice and water dispenser, a double sink and a servery to the outside undercover verandah. Kitchen essentials such as baking paper, glad wrap, aluminium foil, baking trays, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, a selection of condiments ( including tomatoes sauce and Vegemite;)) and spices have been supplied. Paper towels, tissues and napkins are in the pantry. Pots and pans and cooking utensils and accessories are supplied. All linen, towels, beach towels, organic and botanical shampoo, conditioner and body and hand was is provided to satisfy the most discerning guest. A washing machine and dryer with washing powder are available. Really all you have to do is pack your bag and come.
