Ideally located on the shores of Lake Geneva with a view of the lake, the rental is just a few minutes from the pontoons and boats of the Thonon-les-Bains marina, in the heart of the historic and cultural site of Rives, a few steps from the beaches. and water sports (sailing, canoeing, water skiing, boat rental, fishing ...) and not far from the spa resort of Thonon waters. You will have the choice of swimming in the lake: on the lawn side and children's games with the municipal beach at the end of the quays, or on the pebble side and the setting sun on the very pretty shore of the Pinède ... along the pontoons of the Lake Geneva coast. The house, located in the village of Rives on the hill, is also close to the City Center of Thonon-les-Bains, accessible in a few minutes on foot by going up and located just at the top of the funicular. In the apartment, a south-west facing balcony allows meals at all times and dinners facing the sunset, outside on the Savoyard wooden balcony.
