This 3 bed, 2.5 bath house is perfect for your Moab vacation. New flooring throughout. Just 4 miles south of downtown Moab, you can enjoy a peaceful, quiet stay in a great neighborhood. Private Hot Tub. Community pool. 12 minute drive to Arches Entrance. Our house is great for families or smaller groups. Our 2 car garage can easily store jeeps, mountain bikes, UTVs etc, and plenty of trailer room in side lot. Our home is stocked with about everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. The space This house has it's own private hot tub. There is a community pool as well, but the hot tub is private to this house. This house is a rambler style house with an open floor plan. There are just a couple of steps getting into the house and everything else is located on one floor. Guest access You'll have the entire house to yourself.
