Loft 'Seaview'

This house is located directly under the dike of Huisduinen. The loft apartment "Seaview" is located on the top floor of the house, which consists of several apartments. The name says enough about the apartment because the first thing you see when you enter the house is the phenomenal view. You have a view of the North Sea from the house on 3 sides. The loft apartment was built in 2022 and is therefore completely new. The space From the house, you walk directly across the dike and you are standing with your feet in the sea. The sandy beach of Huisduinen starts about 100 meters from the loft apartment. You enter the loft through the back of the house where you will find the stairs to the fourth floor. On the top floor, you will find the loft apartment 'Seaview'. The name says enough about the apartment because the first thing you see when you enter the house is the phenomenal view. You have a view of the North Sea from the house on 3 sides. At the front and on the left, you have two balconies. The left balcony has two comfortable sun loungers and is located on the southwest, so you can enjoy the sun here almost all day. At the front of the house is the other balcony, which has two garden chairs and is west facing. From this balcony, you can look straight over the sea and even, on a clear day, see the island of Texel and the "Razende Bol". The loft apartment has a small but nice kitchen equipped with a 4-burner induction hob and a hot air oven. Next to the round dining area you will find a table model fridge and microwave. You will also find the kettle, coffee maker and toaster. On the other side of the room is the comfortable corner sofa with storage space in the chaise longue. Next to the sofa you will find the television, which is movable. From the corner sofa, you have a beautiful view of the lighthouse "Lange Jaap," meadows with horses, and in the distance the skyline of Den Helder. Through the living room you can enter the bathroom. Here you will find a shower cubicle, toilet and sink. Opposite the corner sofa is the double bed, and behind the kitchen you will find another single bed. On this side, you will also find a small, open cabinet with storage space. The house does not have separate bedrooms, the beds are all in the same room. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent these from us. The cost for bed linen is €9.00 per person and a towel package is €6.00 per person. Please note: the loft apartment can only be accessed by stairs, there are no curtains in the house and dogs are not welcome.
