You can stay in and watch the ocean's majestic rhythm from the panoramic views in the living room, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom, or sit out on the wooden deck to watch the ocean and listen to the waves. The rocky beach is great for scrambling around and exploring the sea life and seashells in the tide pools. You'll be in the town of Yachats, with boutiques and restaurants for your enjoyment. Or, you can take the 804 Walking Trail and explore miles of sandy beach. ​​​​​​​ Sleeps up to 6 - 2 Bedrooms, 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa (in living room) 2 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (Strictly enforced- No street parking allowed) Winter: 2 night minimum Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. *Each home is individually owned.
