The Ocean Front Master Bedroom has plush king bedding, the guest bedroom has 2 double beds, the 3rd bedroom has a king bed with kitchenette and the living area has a queen sized sleeper. The unit can sleep up to 10! You`ll really enjoy our beds as all the mattresses have been upgraded! Plus we have just updated all our bedspreads & reupholstered all our dinning benches and chairs! The master bedroom also features an extra large corner Jacuzzi tub. The living room features a panoramic view and large balcony. The full kitchen opens into the dining and living room area letting everyone enjoy the allure of the spectacular ocean views. The kitchen has everything you need so just bring the groceries! Each living room/ bedroom area also has it`s own washer, dryer, & AC system. Of course every room has a TV with cable and each living room features a VCR & DVD player for your favorite movies. Per the resort, the minimum age to rent is 21. Also, local guests from Daytona, Ormond, or Holly Hill Florida will be refused check in at the resort due to recent incidents related to locals throwing parties. Guest access Indoor pool, indoor mini golf, fitness center are all available for guests to use. The property is located beachfront with an amazing ocean view from the balcony. The resort has the only non-drivable beach in Daytona. The building is located connected to the Ocean Walk shoppes, restaurants and a movie theater, so prepare to be entertained. Other things to note Once this condo is booked, you will check into the front desk at the Ocean Walk and receive an electronic key card for entry to the room.
