Guest access Guests can access the entire house and grounds apart from the owners bedroom, study dressing room and bathroom which is in a separate wing of the house. The owner will never be present in the house when guests are there, and the house will only be booked for a single party of guests at one time. The house is looked after by Janos and Suzannah who have their own on site private apartment. Other things to note The villa is offered for only one booking at a time so guests will have exclusive use of all the facilities, (the owner will not be present), and Janos and Suzannah (the caretakers) occupy a separate apartment on site to maintain the pool etc and assist as necessary. Essentially Paradise is your own private boutique hotel for your entire visit. The villa has been designed as a highly Eco Friendly home - solar panel hot water, underfloor heating and pool heating, as well as a full photo voltaic system. Another benefit is that the pool is designed to be chlorine free - much nicer to swim in - we use Copper Ion electrolysis as a purification system. The house also has, for your total comfort, a very large shaded area by the pool and the poolside kitchen, as well as a poolside cocktail bar. Take a look at the photos!! Because of the size of the property, it is possible to create a huge electricity bill if the air conditioning is left on continuously. We therefore give each booking an electricity allowance of euros 150 per week. If this allowance is exceeded we simply ask you to pay at the metered rate. However we should add, that our guests always seem to stay within the allowance , without any difficulty!!
