The house Le secret du chemin is located in Ain, in Ars-sur-Formans, in the heart of the Dombes region. The house is carefully decorated and is very well-equipped. It offers all the comfort, relaxation and leisure for a successful stay for families or groups of friends. During your stay you can enjoy the comforts of home (new and quality bedding), its private garden, the 3500 m2 country plot to share with us, and the many relaxation facilities at your disposal. The space The house has 3 bedrooms. Two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds and 2 pull-out beds). You can rent sheets for a fee of €10/person (€20 for the use of a double bed) and/or towels (2 per person) for a fee of €5/person. Individual package. Everyone can choose the formula they prefer. Linens and towels are provided free of charge for stays of a week or longer. On site you will find: a pool table, a foosball table, a ping pong table, a dartboard, a trampoline, swings, a ninja course, books, 2 TVs, DVDs, games, a barbecue (charcoal not included). Guest access You will have access to a private garden and a 3500 m2 country plot (with trampoline, swings, etc.) that you will share with us when we are in Ars. In summer (July and August) we install a tubular pool 3.66 m in diameter and 1.22 m high. This pool is shared with us but we are not there much in the summer. Other things to note We clean to make sure the house is perfectly cleaned. We charge you €70 for this service. We respect a minimum of 2 hours of ventilation time between 2 reservations. A security deposit of €500 is required upon check-in to cover any breakage, loss or damage to furniture or the accommodation.
