A fantastic villa set in a forested estate (Stavronikita Villas) in close proximity to the Sani Marina and the Sani Resort (3 fully-serviced five star hotels). The villa itself comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen and a great covered outdoor terrace. There are fantastic beaches only 10min walk from the villa and all the great facilities of the hotels close-by. The space The villa is a comfortable fit for a small family or group of friends. There is a large living room and connected outdoor dining terrace, with bathroom and main bedroom on the ground floor. There is a second double bed in the sleeping nook which is access from a small flight of steps. The garden is huge and perfect for kids to play in and for outdoor entertainment. Guest access All parts of the house are accessible, including the garden. Please note small children should be supervised because the staircase leading to the sleeping nook does not have a guardrail.
