The space The holiday home Vanessa, built in 2017, is part of the gated vacation village Dümmer See, which is characterized by an electrically operated gate and encompasses about 80 houses. The proximity to the lake, specifically only about 100m away, offers easy access to an attractive swimming spot with a sandy beach as well as to boat and fishing docks. This house is especially recommended for up to 8 people (with a small surcharge beyond the basic occupancy of 2 guests) and offers ample space on 120 sqm of living area. Inside, the house is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides a pleasant warmth especially during the winter months. After a sauna session, the spacious terrace invites you to relax. The house's amenities are comprehensive and leave little to be desired - from kitchen appliances such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave to electric devices. A living room with flat-screen TV and play corners with billiards and foosball table offer entertainment for every taste. The upper floor houses four bedrooms and two bathrooms, rounding off the house's comfort. The outdoor area includes a rowing boat (available from April 15 to November 1), two bicycles, and an outdoor grill, enriching the outdoor experience. The house is a non-smoking house; towels and bed linens can be rented for a fee. We would like to point out that the holiday home Vanessa is primarily designed for family vacations, therefore renting by youth groups or for group bookings is unfortunately not possible. Also, charging of electric cars is not permitted due to the capacities of the household wiring.
