The lovingly furnished apartment has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living-dining area. The double bed can be pushed apart into two single beds, making the apartment ideal for craftsmen or business people. It is located directly on the river Iller and you can walk to the pedestrian zone in Kempten in a few minutes. Violation of smoking ban (smell/ash) and prostitution is subject to a penalty of 300 euros in cash. Booked=agreed. Other things to note !!! Failure to comply with the smoking ban will result in a penalty of 300 euros, which must be paid in cash. Indications of this may include smell of smoke or traces of ash. The same applies if prostitution is pursued in our holiday apartment! This will not be tolerated and may also result in a police report.
