The lovingly furnished apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living-dining area in the bedroom. The double bed can be pushed apart in two single beds, making the apartment also ideal for craftsmen or business people. It is located directly on the river Iller and you are in the pedestrian zone in Kempten in a few minutes on foot. No smoking (smell/ash) and prostitution will be penalized 300 euros in cash. Booked=ok. Other things to note !!! In the case of non-compliance with the smoking ban, a fine of 300 euros is due, which is to be paid in cash. Evidence of this may include smoke odor or traces of ash. The same applies when the prostitution is followed in our holiday apartment!
