For your lazy days in the summer heat there is a beautiful swimming pool completely fenced and for your exclusive use (size mt. 6x12) which will be the ideal place also for your evening aperitifs, relaxed in the gazebo, with a good red wine in your glass and with the lights of Castiglion Fiorentino, which climbs up the hill, as a backdrop. For the children there is a large green outdoor space to explore with a five-a-side football goal for fun times with friends. The house is definitely perfect, in our opinion, if you are going on holiday with your children or if you are a group of friends who want to discover the beauty of Tuscany and the nearby Umbria. A small town of steep, paved alleyways, ancient buildings, stone stairways and arches and mighty walls dominated by the imposing Cassero tower, guarding the valley. Many trattorias and restaurants invite you to go out in the evening and enjoy a dish of fresh, handmade pasta or a famous Florentine steak. In Castiglion Fiorentino you will also find supermarkets for your daily shopping, other shops and all necessary services. From the house you can easily walk to a restaurant which is just 1 km far. A few km away is the border with the region of Umbria, in 15 minutes by car you will be able to reach the golden beaches of Lake Trasimeno, with its characteristic villages and islets to discover.
