The screened in patio is wonderful to sip your coffee or tea and watch the wildlife. You can pull your boat up and dock it there too. There is plenty of room in the front to pull in an RV or a trailered boat. The space This is a great house on the Lake, nice floor plan. 3 bedrooms total. Two bedrooms (each with a queen bed) to the left with two bathrooms. Then a bonus bedroom towards the back with two twin beds and a game room with fooseball. Guest access All house is accessible except, garage, AC closet. Those are locked. And no access to shed beside house. And no access to owner's boat under dock. Other than that all areas available to enjoy. Other things to note For the TV we have premium channel Peacock and most everything is on it. And the TVs are smart TVs, you can plug in your computer into the TVs as well.
