Nice house in the middle of Normandy

We will be delighted to host you in our fully renovated 4* luxury home located in the small village of Vittefleur, a charming Normandy village 2 steps from the sea or a large leisure center (Caniel). There is a bakery about a one minute walk from the house for your breakfasts in the sun :) Multiple tourist, sports, cultural activities are accessible from Vittefleur, which is an undoubtedly remarkable base. The space On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped living room with 2 sofas, 107 cm HD TV and fiber wifi access. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (including 1 dishwasher) as well as a toilet and access to the outdoor courtyard where you can relax in the deckchairs at your disposal or enjoy an aperitif followed by a barbecue in the garden furniture located there. On the first floor you will find a small landing equipped with a chest filled with board games to play with family and spend pleasant evenings disconnected. A very spacious first bedroom with a walk-in closet and 2 single beds attached (Simmons hotel-quality bedding for an ultra restful sleep, our reviews attest to this). Finally, you will have access to the shower room equipped with a spacious shower and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available. On the second floor, you will have access to the second bedroom equipped with 4 single beds (which can be joined together as needed). Here too are Simmons beds (hotel quality for ultra restful sleep, our reviews attest to this). This room is air-conditioned. Property location: Vittefleur is a small country village located 5 minutes from the sea by car. Access to the sea can also be done on foot or by bike via a greenway for a car-free vacation. You will also have access to the Caniel nautical base which is a 1/2 hour walk away where you can play bowling, water skiing or pedal boating. There is also a children's complex with inflatable indoor and outdoor structures or a summer sled! Something to spend wonderful days with the family where everyone will find something to their liking :) For golf enthusiasts, the Alabaster Coast Golf Course is located on the heights of Vittefleur, 2 minutes by car or 1/2 hour walk. Getting around: Several hiking trails, pedestrian paths or green bike paths are located at the start of Vittefleur. To park another vehicle, several spaces are available on the street outside the house. Guest access During your stay you will have access to the entire house as well as the outdoor courtyard.
