Nice house in the middle of Normandy

We will be delighted to host you in our fully renovated and air-conditioned 4-star luxury house located in the small village of Vittefleur, a charming Norman village just 2 steps from the sea or a large leisure center. You will find a bakery about a minute's walk from the house for your breakfasts in the sun :) Numerous tourist, sports, and cultural activities are accessible from Vittefleur, making it an absolutely remarkable pied-à-terre. The space On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped and air-conditioned living room with 2 sofas, a 107 cm HD TV, and fiber Wi-Fi access. There is also a fully equipped kitchen (including 1 dishwasher) as well as a toilet and access to the outdoor courtyard where you can relax in the sunbeds at your disposal or enjoy an aperitif followed by a barbecue in the garden furniture. On the first floor you will find a small landing equipped with a safe filled with board games to play with the family and spend pleasant disconnected evenings. A very spacious first bedroom with a dressing room and 2 single beds adjoining (hotel-grade Simmons bedding for an ultra restorative sleep, our ratings attest). Finally you will have access to the shower room equipped with a spacious shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine and dryer. On the second floor, you will find the second air-conditioned bedroom equipped with 4 single beds (which can be joined together according to your needs). Here too they are Simmons beds (hotel quality for an ultra restful sleep, our ratings attest). This room is air conditioned. Listing location: Vittefleur is a small rural village located 5 minutes from the sea by car. Access to the sea can also be done on foot or by bike via a greenway for a car-free holiday. You will also have access to the Caniel nautical base which is a 1/2 hour walk where you can play bowling, ski-nautical or pedal boat. There is also a children's complex with inflatable interior and exterior structures or a summer toboggan! Enough to spend great days with the family where everyone will find their part:) For golf enthusiasts, the Alabaster Coast golf course is located on the heights of Vittefleur 2 minutes by car or 1/2 hour walk. Getting around: Several hiking trails, pedestrian paths or green bike routes are located from Vittefleur. To park in addition to vehicle, several spaces are available on the street deserting the house.
