Your vacation home with private pool on 800 m2 enclosed grounds is located in the "Les Mazes" residential area, 2.5 km from the village of Vallon Pont d'Arc. The space The "Beaumel" cottage is located in the immediate vicinity, by car, of shops (restaurants, shops, bars, banks, market, pharmacy, medical center, supermarket) and 1.6 km from the Ardèche River! This cottage is a 72 m2 single-story house, air-conditioned and with a capacity of 4 people. House description: - living room, dining room and equipped open kitchen - one bedroom with a 140/190 bed - one bedroom with two 90/190 beds - a bathroom with toilet - a covered terrace (table, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, parasol, deckchairs) The private pool (7.20 m x 3.20 m) with a depth of 1.50 m is fully secured (barriers and security gate). Two parking spaces are available. The cottage is non-smoking. No pets allowed. Bed linens and towels are not provided but can be rented. A security deposit of 1000 euro will be required upon arrival.
