This 1937-built home is located 6 blocks from the Alamodome and downtown SA! 2 bdrm, 1 ba is perfect for up to 5 guests looking to take in the sights and sounds of the 7th largest city in the U.S. This pet-free home is BIG on style and comfort! Enjoy the fenced backyard/fire pit and views. This is an older home, not a new build with modern conveniences. The neighborhood is downtown. The space The only bathroom is located in the master bedroom which makes this property more suited for single families vs. multi-families. The guest bedroom has backyard access and has a step down into the bedroom. There is a train that runs nearby (2 blocks away) that is loud and can be bothersome. The neighborhood is transitional, the home is older (1930’s-built). There have been some upgrades but if you have not stayed in an older home this may not be the home for you. Central air conditioning has been added in addition to window units and a portable AC unit for the living room. Most complaints are location and dankness of the guest bedroom, please understand and accept these perceived deficiencies before booking. Guest access Guest access is via a smart lock at the front door. Other things to note This home is cleaned by a professional cleaning company after every rental. This home is quarterly treated by a pest control company as preemptive measures, additionally I also employ a twice monthly lawn care service. Every persons standard of clean will be different, my cleaning team sends me pictures after every rental to ensure I am satisfied with their level of clean. In 3 years I have never been disappointed. It is my opinion that if you are looking hard enough for a deficiency you will find it. The majority of my reviews are positive when it comes to the cleanliness of my home.
