Coucou Cottage, cute holiday home + private pool

Coucou cottage, a 300 year old stone house newly renovated to a high standard. Living, dining and kitchen area, all open plan. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a double bedroom on the ground floor with family bathroom. Wheelchair access possible. Upstairs there is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room. A third bedroom with king size double bed and en suite shower room. The large outdoor covered terrace looks over the garden and private swimming pool and BBQ area.Lovely country views. The space Coucou cottage is over 300 years old. We have renovated it from top to bottom. We called it "Coucou" as it is means a friendly hello in French and also after the cowslips, little spring time flowers, to be found growing everywhere around it. You enter through the front door into a wide hallway that has a cloakroom and toilet. This leads into a spacious open plan living room leading to the dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with all modern appliances. There is also a double bedroom downstairs with access to the garden plus a bathroom with separate shower right next door. There are two more bedrooms upstairs each with an en suite shower room. One has twin beds that can be made into a super king sized bed, the other has a king sized double bed. Each has windows looking out to the countryside beyond. The kitchen leads out onto a covered terrace where you will find a spacious outdoor ding area and outdoor seating . You look out over the garden to the pool terrace with comfortable pool loungers and your own private swimming pool. Coucou is perched at the top of a hill so you can look out westwards to the pretty view. A great place to watch the sun go down with swallows dipping in the pool and often hot air balloons floating in the distance. NOTE : THE THIRD WEEKEND IN AUGUST IS OUR VILLAGE FETE. THE MUSIC STAGE IS SET UP VERY NEAR TO THE COTTAGE AND IT IS VERY NOISY. Guest access You have access to the entire cottage and garden and swimming pool. You do not share any facilities with anybody else. Other things to note There is a boulangerie in the village where you can also buy basic groceries and stay for a coffee or tea. Thursday evenings there is a pizza van plus we have village aperos on the square. You are welcome to bring a drink and join in.
