The main bedroom suite is incredibly spacious, boasting wall-length floor-to-ceiling windows, a luxury en-suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and his&her sinks, a walk-in closet, and direct access to the beachfront. Other things to note - In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in. - Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors. The estate has a strict 30 km/h speed limit, with warnings or fines for violations. - For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. - Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. - A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals after 21:00, payable in cash directly to your property manager upon arrival.
