Wing Haven - Hot Tub / Kayaks near Private Lake

Wing Haven is a great jumping off point for all the hiking, biking, fishing and recreation that the area has to offer. The trails and waterfalls of Gorges State Park, Dupont State Forest, and Pisgah National Forest and the town of Brevard are all nearby and the Biltmore Estate, Asheville, Highlands, Cashiers and Waynesville are about an hour away. You can also choose to just stay in and enjoy the peaceful setting at the house and neighborhood lake that is a 1/4 mile walk or drive away. The space The new build house features a front porch and a spacious back deck where you can sit with friends and family, observe the natural surroundings or take a dip in the 6-person hot tub. A gas grill and gas fire pit on the deck are available to keep you fed and warm. There is a fire pit for wood fires in the yard for weenie roasts and s'mores. The living room has a flat screen TV for streaming your favorite shows and a gas fireplace. Everything you need is in the thoughtfully appointed kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas stove, large island, spices, paper products and plenty of pantry space for storing your food. The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a tiled, walk-in shower. There are two additional bedrooms – one with a queen size bed and one with two twins – a full bathroom with shower/tub combo serves that part of the house. Wing Haven is designed to be very accessible for folks with mobility issues. A portable ramp is available for the two steps from the garage to the single level house and the doors to the master bathroom are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair or walker.
