There are also library shelves full of books, games and toys to keep the little ones busy. The stylish kitchen/diner is well-equipped with a Rangemaster cooker and a large farmhouse dining table, perfect for lingering over a good meal. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one with an ensuite shower room, and each with a double bed. There’s also a family bathroom with a bathtub, ready for relaxing after an action-packed day out in Angus. Kirriemuir is perhaps most famous for being the birthplace of Peter Pan author J. m. Barrie, and also Ac/dc frontman Bon Scott - you’ll find statues of both Peter Pan and Bon in the town! Known as the ‘Gateway to the Glens’, Kirriemuir is the perfect base for exploring the Angus region, whether you’re travelling with family or friends. Take a short drive to the stunning Angus Glens, where you can enjoy walking, cycling, fishing, stalking, or bag a Munro or two.
