The space For our guests' comfort, the studio features: - Double bed, single extra bed, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, and air conditioning; - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooktop (induction), electric oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils; - Dining area with table and chairs; - 1 shared bathroom; - Hotel-quality bed linens and towels (extra linens and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wi-Fi available; - 1 covered parking space. * ATTENTION: Guests are not allowed to use the condominium laundry facilities. * IMPORTANT: The swimming pool is available for use exclusively for stays longer than 15 days. * The cleaning included in the price is only done at check-out. If the guest requires extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, in addition to sheets for the indicated number of guests.
