The inner courtyard welcomes you in the shade of centuries-old oaks and plane trees; it is the heart of the estate. At the entrance, a first courtyard allows you to park your cars discreetly. The space Le Moulin de La Fabrique offers 25 to 31 beds in 3 independent accommodations. The majestic main courtyard provides access to these 3 accommodations: The "Mas des Artistes" (Artists' Farmhouse) on 2 floors: 15 beds in air-conditioned bedrooms (2 without), large living and dining rooms, cement tile floors, wood paneling and fireplaces, kitchen and utility room. Park and terraces to the south, large wrought-iron tables. The air-conditioned guest house "Les Arcades" features a living room, kitchen, and three levels, accommodating 8 guests in 4 double bedrooms (ground floor, first floor, and 2 duplexes with king-size beds on mezzanines). (Optional extra: 2 sofa beds providing 4 additional beds). A shaded south-facing terrace overlooks the main courtyard. From the kitchen, facing east, there is access to a large terrace opening onto a lovely garden connected to the park and swimming pool to the south. The air-conditioned loft on the ground floor offers 2 beds in a large double bedroom with its own bathroom, a very large lounge area, and a kitchen. (Optional extra: sofa bed providing 2 additional beds). A shaded east-facing terrace overlooks the main courtyard. A beautiful swimming pool in a bucolic setting.
