It is perfect for longer stays or short get aways. :) The space The home is equipped with instructions and tips for a comfortable, confusion free stay. You can find instructions for appliances, places to eat, places to visit, and the unique history of beautiful St. Petersburg Fl. Please note that this is a small space that is ideal for a couple or individual who wants to visit the city, sight see, and enjoy the things St. Pete has to offer. Guest access The guest house is accessible from the back of the main house & is enclosed by a rolling privacy fence. The parking and entry to the guest house is from the alley behind the main house The house has a keypad entry, for self check-in. In order to obtain the entry code please arrange a virtual/phone check in with us. Please keep the yard gate closed and locked at all times. We kindly ask that our guest not wear their shoes in the home, we recommend bring house slippers :). Other things to note Please note that very large trucks do not fit in the parking space designated for the guest house and will need to be parked on the street.
