The total number of guests permitted inside the condo at one time is 16 guests. **This house is not wheelchair accessible. **There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the home. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device. **We provide regular and decaf coffee for the drip coffee machine. We do not provide K cups for the Keurig machine. **No firearms permitted inside the house. ** Local guests must contact host before booking. ** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.
