Located near the church with shops, bars and restaurants within easy reach. Gated condominium garden available with direct access from the living room. Private covered parking. Ski , boots, and bicycles . The space The accommodation is easily accessible because on the ground floor; it consists of a living room with double sofa bed and armchair bed , kitchen area, entrance , window bathroom ,terrace and practically private garden. Suitable for 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children/teenagers , but with possible availability of two-room apartment adjacent door to door for another 4 people . Guest access Equipped with a covered parking space in the basement of the condominium with the possibility of an internal staircase for direct access to the accommodation . There is also a cellar for ski storage, boots and bicycles in the basement. Other things to note The free shuttle (a very convenient stop to the accommodation ) can also quickly reach the Antagnod ski slopes, a great alternative in case of bad weather or strong wind on the highest facilities in the Monterosa Ski area. The shuttle is also available in summer to take full advantage of the wide availability of excursions and walks . Clarifications : - Any pets cannot be left unattended in the listing - The availability of the reserved parking space must be verified at the time of booking as it can be associated with both this apartment and the two-room apartment mentioned above.
