Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. The outcome is an alluring eco-resort composed of 11 independent serviced apartments, featuring luxury hotel-level service, set in an idyllic natural environment and luscious gardens. This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 120 square meters, and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining area and open plan kitchen, on the first floor of a large double bedroom with a 180x200cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a large bathroom with a Italian shower. The whole apartment has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the equipped garden and bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round. Residence amenities include free car parking, reception office, laundry and large common outdoor areas designed to socialize with other guests and local staff.
