The space The Master - Gorgeous ensuite! Huge space with windows with full view of our beautiful cove. 65 in tv with tufted leather sofa and king size bed. Spa like bathroom with plunge tub to fully immerse yourself and enjoy the TV and fireplace while you bathe. Walk in shower with Spa- Panel with jets and water fall settings. The White room- a smaller master bedroom with queen size bed beautifully decorated with a 55 in tv. Subway tiled shower and Walk- In closet The Mid-Century Modern room- Beautifully decorated bedroom with queen size bed, leather bench, and 55-inch tv. The Kids Room- bunk beds, twin on top and full-size bed on the bottom. Has a 35-inch tv and two gaming chairs. Lots of kid's board games and kid's books. Open space kitchen stocked with all the cooking tools you need along with spice rack. Awesome coffee bar with complementary coffee, tea, and syrups for the aficionados. Large dinner table with seating for up to 8 people. Living area has large sectional sofa with a pull-out full-size bed and 55-in tv, plenty of board and card games for the whole family to enjoy. All while having the beautiful view of the cove. Lighted Patio with pergola with wooden table, bench, and chair seating. In ground stone fire pit with 5 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the fire and roast marshmallows with the family. Large deck area overlooking the cove with BBQ grill / smoker to enjoy a nice cookout. Can cook with charcoal or propane - customer must bring own charcoal- propane tank needs to be taken to be filled during your stay - can exchange at Lowes which is 10 minutes away. Discounts on weekly stays - please message for more information! Guest access Keypad front door entry you will receive code prior on arrival date. Private driveway can fit 3-4 cars (No Parking on the street per city ordinance) Noise Ordinance from 9pm - 8am - no fireworks allowed - No parties allowed Boat launch and Community are accessible - must notify host if bringing watercraft. Launch has keyed gate. Key is available on entry way table with blue key tag Community pool key is attached to red lifeguard key tag - lost key are $250 each Community pool access - pool is located at the Enchanted Oaks City Hall building on Enchanted Oaks Dr. Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. Pool key is on entryway table on red lifeguard float key ring - lost key is $250 Trash must be bagged and taken to the blue trash bins in designated area one block away at entrance into Enchanted Oaks by the end of your stay. Do not throw trash in green bin located on the shed side of the house- this will attract wildlife. There is no trash service / collection at Enchanted Oaks. $20.00 charge for trash left on premises Other things to note We have a septic system with a pump, no wipes or feminine care items can be flushed, or it will get sucked into the pump and stop working. Damage and cost of damage to our plumbing will be the responsibility of the guest. Propane required by guest. Lowes is 5 miles away in Gun Barrel City. Guest may use an empty tank to trade in for a full tank. Only guests on reservation allowed on premises. Security cameras on entrance to home, back yard area and shed area are on at all times.
